As the Founder of Croft, Toby has acquired 25 years of invaluable experience in the real estate market, specialising in luxury residential sales across North Yorkshire, valuations, planning, housing development, building surveying, and advising developer clients and national house building companies on site acquisition, maximising value, marketing, promotion, and sales. 

Toby was previously an equity partner at Carter Jonas, and later worked as a Residential Director at Savills for the North of England, before building his own business and running things differently at Croft.

Standing as one of Yorkshire’s most respected agents, Toby is known not just for his sharp negotiating skills and elite client network, but also for his hands‑on, personable approach to selling homes.
