We have completed the sale this month on what we are confident will be one of the most expensive residential transactions across the North of England. The sale required exceptional marketing material to be put together that worked in unison with our highly proactive marketing strategy. The buyer was found within 4 weeks and contracts exchanged 8 weeks after. Although complex in the manner the sale was structured both vendor and buyer were very happy. So much so that buyer has now instructed us to sell their house!
