This was a complex one and sometimes these sales require a little more effort and patience to ‘tickle’ them over the line. The new septic tank laws and the Land Registry waiting times were eventually worked through to bring this to exchange! The new owners will be excited to start their project and enjoy these STUNNING surrounds.
